Mint Aero Traybake

Mint Aero Traybake
100g butter
200g milk chocolate
3 tablespoons Golden Syrup
400g (a packet) crushed digestive biscuits
110g Mint Aero ( you can use bubbles too but might need more)

Melt together the butter, chocolate and syrup then add the crushed biscuits and the mint aero. Mix together quickly then pour into a lined swiss roll tin, level with a spoon and chill till set. I add chocolate on the top to finish it off.
